What was the highlight of SmartRental Sevilla Las Dueñas

Good choice for perfect location but be aware of some things in case of longer stays.

The place is located in heart of the city that is why it is easy to get around. The apartment was really well prepared and it was clean, cooled and ready to just dive in and take a rest. It was really easy to get inside, just need to remember the codes to the doors. The arrival times are not a problem for an owner, so you can check in any time I would say. The beds were spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC unit was working really well and cooled the place in no time.

It is not very quiet in the apartment. The doors and windows do not very well isolate outdoor noises. So If you are light sleeper it is going to be really hard to sleep very well, especially if you like to sleep for quite some time. What is more you need to remember about almost every addition to the bathroom and kitchen. There is nothing in the apartment except for towels, two paper rolls and some soap in the bathroom. So you need to make sure that you will have everything with you because you are going to end up without anything inside. There is not even a salt nor oil in the kitchen, so be prepared that you will need to buy almost everything if you are staying for longer.

Beautiful apartment in the historic area of the city.

Great location and very quiet. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. We could walk to all the major attractions with ease.

We found the mattress a little hard for us and maybe a mattress topper could work.

Location was very good, central for walking everywhere. Clean and Well equipped including dish washer and a clothes washing machine.

We were not aware that the only bathroom was accessed from inside the primary bedroom; awkward with 3 couples sharing the apartment. There were no pillows for the pullout couch.

Happy with the location and the level of comfort of this apartment in an interesting part of Seville

This was a great location to stay in with lots of things to do and places to walk to in just minutes. The apartment was just what we needed as a couple and even came with a free welcome bottle of wine!

The check in was a bit difficult because of the language barrier, so we had to use translation services when we couldn't understand each other. But it worked out, and check out was easy. On the weekend there is some noise from the street (this is a street-level apartment) that might disturb lighter sleepers.

Very Good

What a lovely, very large, two-story restored/renovated building and unit! The main entrance has a fountain. The sound of the water was soothing and a lovely welcoming space, just a prelude to the beautiful duplex that awaited me. Beautiful furnishings, high ceilings, full kitchen, a very comfortable bed, lots of storage, one full bathroom with an enormous shower. Lots of tea and coffee pods for the machine, this was appreciated. Quiet residential area, but just a few minutes walk from tourist sites and restaurants/shops. It was quiet at night, great for a good sleep. I'd stay here again.

Little improvements could include : (1) a smoother check-in procedure. The individual who was to meet me at the front door was inexplicably delayed and I was not contacted to let me know of the delay or to notify me, by message, of the entry codes. I called the telephone number and once the person arrived, everything else was smooth. (2) I used the kitchen daily and I would suggest including a few dish towels and more napkins/serviettes. (3) Ensure that the refrigerator is on the cold setting before the guests arrive. These are all minor little things just for friendly feedback. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Army of cockroaches in the apartment

we arrived at 22:00, once we opened the door we found an army of cockroaches in the apartment, I contacted the owner via WhatsApp about it, he told me that he can't do anything about it, so I was obligated to go outside and walk abt 4km searching for any opened supermarket to buy cockroaches exterminator, please note that at sevilla everyone close at 21:00

Spoilt by too many basic necessities missing

Great location in attractive historic building.

lack of basic kitchen stuff - no tea towel,oven glove, spatula, colander etc. Faulty socket so no reading lamp, bedroom door handle coming off. Toilet roll in 1 bathroom only. v steep long stairs to bedroom. no duvet cover. Small hanging space, nowhere else to put clothes. Hard to communicate unless Spanish.
